## Translation Services

- If your project is **cancelled before being assigned to a translator**, you are eligible for a **100% refund**.

- Any **cancellation after the translator has been assigned** will be reviewed. Refund terms will depend on how much work has been completed.

- A **written agreement** prior to the start of the project can include custom cancellation terms.

## Editing and Revisions

We offer **free editing and revisions** under the following conditions:

- Adjusting word choices or legal terminology.

- Correcting spelling of names based on official documents.

- Replacing illegible or unclear words.

- Accommodating personal preferences for phrasing or structure.

**Please note**: Language structure and tone can vary across translators and cultures. We welcome your feedback and are happy to revise based on your preferences.

## Errors, Omissions & Disputes

While we take every step to ensure **accuracy and completeness**, we encourage clients to report:

- Any **errors, omissions, or suspected mistranslations** for immediate revision.

- Name spelling and stylistic preferences are **not considered translation errors**.

In the rare event of a dispute:

- An **independent certified translator** may be brought in to arbitrate.

- If that third party confirms significant errors with **no opportunity for revision**, a **100% refund** will be granted.
