At Bukhari Legal Translation, we value transparency, professionalism, and client satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund policies carefully before placing your order.

Translation Services

• If your project is cancelled before being assigned to a translator, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Any cancellation after the translator has been assigned will be reviewed. Refund terms will depend on how much work has been completed.
• A written agreement prior to the start of the project can include custom cancellation terms.

Editing and Revisions

We offer free editing and revisions under the following conditions:

• Adjusting word choices or legal terminology.
• Correcting spelling of names based on official documents.
• Replacing illegible or unclear words.
• Accommodating personal preferences for phrasing or structure.

Please note: Language structure and tone can vary across translators and cultures. We welcome your feedback and are happy to revise based on your preferences.

Errors, Omissions & Disputes

While we take every step to ensure accuracy and completeness, we encourage clients to report:

• Any errors, omissions, or suspected mistranslations for immediate revision.
• Name spelling and stylistic preferences are not considered translation errors.

In the rare event of a dispute:

• An independent certified translator may be brought in to arbitrate.
• If that third party confirms significant errors with no opportunity for revision, a 100% refund will be granted.
• If you agree to allow proofreading and we still fail to meet quality expectations, a partial refund will be processed.

⚠️ Our liability is limited to revision or refund only. We do not accept responsibility for further claims or damages.

Omissions

If any part of your document appears to be untranslated:

• Notify your assigned coordinator for immediate correction.
• If we fail to meet the promised turnaround for corrections, a partial refund may be issued.
• Please note that illegible text must be provided separately, or we cannot guarantee translation.

Formatting Issues

We do not offer refunds for formatting discrepancies unless the formatting service was agreed upon and paid for in advance.

Delivery Delays

We maintain a 99.9% on-time delivery rate, but in rare cases of delay:

• A revised deadline may be proposed.
• If no extension is accepted and translation is incomplete, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
• Delivery terms must be agreed in writing for eligibility of refund.
